What we do

We are the leading film location management company in the UK.

Our suite of products and services make location filming simple and sustainable, securing benefits for client communities.

We manage efficient, profit-making services on behalf of 16 London boroughs. We also manage filming in private locations on behalf of Lee Valley Regional Park, Peabody Housing Trust, Butlers Wharf, Potters Field Park and many others.

The company also delivers Screen Suffolk, the official film office for Suffolk, representing all seven District Councils and Suffolk County Council.  This offers a ‘one-stop’ film service, from initial enquiry through to crew sourcing, permitting and much more.

We contribute directly to London’s claim as the world’s third busiest centre for filming. Every major London TV and film production has booked into at least one of our client locations over the past five years.

‘FilmFixer deliver a great service. We have our own dedicated staff, but welcome the opportunity to be part of the FilmFixer group, and benefit from shared best practice. Their knowledge about our locations, and how to manage them is very good. The work they put into resident engagement has paid off time and again, with local people appearing on camera or receiving welcome training and work experience.’

Lesley Gordon, Head of Communications, Haringey Council

Along with our Film Officer, we have access to their professional team of support staff, excellent marketing output and full reporting that we require.  They have developed helpful relationships in borough and communication is very strong. We feel confident that they can manage any situation that arises professionally and thoroughly’

Nancy Stridgen, Lewisham Council Cultural and Community Development Service

‘We have been working with FilmFixer for many years now, and are very happy with the service they provide. Our Film Officer is a local resident, which really helps her sell our borough to production companies and location managers. The service is professional and thorough, they work hard to protect our residents' interests, while handling the many enquiries we receive each year.’
